A shocking incident happened with a student from Ahmedabad. In which the soap came out of the box after the young man ordered a laptop from an online sale.

After ordering a laptop from e-commerce website Flipkart in Ahmedabad, there was an uproar with soap coming out of it. The young man had ordered a laptop for his father. In the meantime complained to the company. But the company raised its hands instead of taking action citing no return policy. Yashwi Sharma, a student from Ahmedabad, ordered a laptop for his father during the Big Billion Day sale on Flipkart. '

On opening the box, detergent bar tablets came out

After taking the order from the delivery boy, the ground slipped under his feet. When the box was opened, detergent bar tablets came out. About which Yashaswi described this incident on LinkedIn. He said that when he complained about this to Flipkart customer care, the company also refused to accept its mistake. Although Yashaswi had also asked about the CCTV footage of the delivery, the company had put forward the reason of no return policy. 

Yashaswi accepted his mistake 

In this matter, Yashaswi accepted his mistake and wrote that the box should have been opened in front of the delivery boy. But my father was not aware of Flipkart's open box delivery concept. And while taking the OTP the delivery boy kept taking the OTP without telling about himself. After they left, the father opened the box and found a soap box instead of a laptop. Even though they then have CCTV footage of both the delivery and the opening of the package, the company has refused to acknowledge it. Now Yashaswi has raised this matter through social media and has also tagged Flipkart CEO Kalyan Krishnamurthy and Union Minister Piyush Goyal in his post.
