Beneficial Tulsi


Tulsi leaves are considered to be medicinal. Basil seeds are also beneficial. Consumption of basil leaves removes phlegm. Increases digestive power as well as appetite and purifies the blood.

In addition, Tulsi leaves are beneficial in fever, heart disease, abdominal pain, malaria and bacterial infections. Tulsi- Tulsi is of two types Ram and Shyam in which importance is given to Ram Tulsi.

Beneficial for the brain


Basil is beneficial for the brain. Regular consumption increases brain function and improves memory. So regularly swallow four-five leaves of Tulsi with water and eat it.

Relieve headache


Stress headaches are common. In such cases, putting one or two drops of basil oil in the nose gives relief. Destroys lice in the scalp. If there is an infestation of lice in the hair, applying basil oil in the hair gives relief.

Healing in night blindness

Get rid of inflammation in the urine


Take one gram of basil seed powder and cumin powder, mix three grams of sugarcane in it and take it with milk morning and evening.

Dry cough and shortness of breath


Basil leaves relieve asthma patients as well as dry coughs. Mix and lick basil leaves, ginger, onion juice and honey.

Indigestion


In case of poor digestion or indigestion, take two grams of Tulsi Manjari and take it with a bowl of black salt three or four times a day.

Beneficial in removing stones

Consumption of Tulsi is beneficial in gallstones. Mix one or two gram leaves of Tulsi with honey and eat it. However, do not rely on this alone to seek the advice of a doctor.

Spice crops are used in almost every household for cooking plus-minus. But not all housewives or people in the house know that every spice is used in Ayurvedic terms. The following is a list of some of the important medicinal uses of spice crops.









Sleep


Medicinal value of Suva crop is high. Sleep is antiseptic. Bed water is available in the market under the name "Grip Water". Which has proven to be an excellent remedy for pediatric abdominal pain. Fenugreek


As fenugreek is hot and sticky, it cures flatulence. As it is so digestive, it cures rheumatism. Rheumatoid arthritis causes pain and swelling due to the accumulation of air in the ankles, shoulders or head, elbows, shoulders or head. It contains fenugreek. Take 15-20 ml of the mango juice twice a day with a teaspoon of honey

Mango juice is beneficial for the throat.

3. Mango juice

Take 15-20 ml of the mango juice twice a day with a teaspoon of a honey.


4. Helpful fenugreek seeds

Boil one teaspoon of the fenugreek seeds in 250 ml of water for five minutes and strain it.


5. Cinnamon powder

Boil half a teaspoon of  the cinnamon powder in 250 ml of  the water for five minutes. When it is hot, mix honey and lemon in it and drink it.


Basil leaves are also beneficial in various ailments.

6. Basil leaves


Boil 4-5 basil leaves in the water and strain it and drink it. You can also mix honey and ginger in it.


7. Black pepper is also beneficial

Dip turmeric and black pepper in hot milk and drink it before coming to bed. This will get rid of the in pain throat.


8. Lemon and honey

Mix half a teaspoon of the lemon and honey in hot water. Drink it Drink hot water all day. It will also give comfort to the throat.





All these home remedies will help sore throat. Sore throat is a caused by changing seasons. It can also be cured with home medicine.

Drink cinnamon milk
