Resumption of work on BJP's bid to win elections since 1989

Once again the Bharatiya Janata Party has organized a yatra as the 2022 assembly elections approach.

When the Gujarat assembly elections are to be held, the Bharatiya Janata Party has already turned on active mode. Thus, when the election comes, the Bharatiya Janata Party organizes yatras. Then, by taking the 2022 Gujarat assembly elections, the BJP is again betting on the old strategy. BJP has paved the way to reach people through Yatras. 

BJP's bet on old strategy again
The countdown to the 2022 elections has already started and the BJP is busy preparing for it. The road map for going to 182 Assembly seats of Gujarat Assembly has been made by Bharatiya Janata Party. BJP will tour Gujarat by holding yatra in five zones as Gujarat Pride Yatra . This trip is being organized by BJP as a part of election preparations. In which BJP, the state president, the central leaders including the chief minister will visit the ground of Gujarat in the next few days.

Gujarat will be rocked by BJP's 5 trips for assembly elections

• BJP has prepared a road map for a 10-day journey zone wise
• BJP organizes yatra before elections to 182 assembly seats
• BJP will hold 2 yatras of Saurashtra and South Gujarat.
• 1 Yatra in North Gujarat
• National leadership will start the journey
• State BJP sought the time of National President JP Nadda and Union Home Minister Amit Shah for the yatra

If we look at the five BJP Yatra routes

• 1. Unai to Ambaji
• 2. Phagvel from Unai
• 3. Jhanjarka to Somnath 
• 4. Dwarka to Porbandar 
• 5. Mother's cremation from Bahucharaji

It is important that there has been silence, that BJP does not organize a yatra to strengthen its ground before the elections.

BJP has been organizing the Yatra since 1989 

• In 1987, the BJP organized the Nyaya Yatra for labor justice for workers.
• In 1989, the BJP organized the Lok Shakti Yatra, an election initiative to unleash the power of citizens.
• Former BJP Deputy Minister LK Advani traveled to Ayodhya Somnath in 1990 Ram Rath Yatra.
• The year 1991 Ekta Yatra was organized by BJP from Kanyakumari to Kashmir.
• Also, during the 2002 elections, BJP organized Gujarat Gaurav Yatra .
• The BJP won 117 seats in the assembly in 2002.
• The 2003 Asthi Kumbh Shyamji Krishna Varma Vuranjali Yatra was held before the Lok Sabha elections.
• In 2010, on the completion of 60 years of Gujarat, the then CM Narendra Modi organized the Gujarat Swarnim Yatra.
• Before the 2012 assembly elections, the BJP organized the Swami Vivekananda Yuva Vikas.
• In 2012, the BJP won 115 seats in the assembly elections.
• In 2017, the BJP held a Tribal Pride Yatra from the tribal belt Ambaji to Umargam.
• BJP won 99 seats in 2017

BJP is leaving no stone unturned to reach out to the people by organizing a ground-building exercise before the elections. Once again in 2022, as per the old strategy, the Gujarat Gaurav Yatra has devised a master plan to defeat the opposition again. Then in the coming days, when the BJP will come down to ground zero through the yatra, it remains to be seen how effective the yatra will be in the assembly elections.
