India-Pakistan league match in Asia Cup 2022 recorded 133 million viewers and 13.6 billion minutes, according to combined urban and rural numbers watched live by Star Sports and DD Sports in the country. Asia Cup 2016 saw a nearly 30 percent increase compared to the match between these two teams. In Group A of the Asia Cup 2022, against Pakistan on Sunday in what was promised to be the biggest rivalry in world cricket, Hardik Pandya's all-round performance helped India win by 5 wickets in an entertaining match.

Jadeja though got out in the last over. But Pandya sealed India's victory with a six off left-arm spinner Mohammad Nawaz and ended the match by adding a thrilling chapter in the history of the India-Pakistan conflict.
